Managing IaaS and DBaaS Clouds with Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c

I enjoyed learning the new Cloud management and monitoring functionality offering of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c ( OEM CC 12c) and how successfully integrates and manages existing technologies.

If you are either an Oracle DBA new to the cloud and interested in learning the new functionality of OEM CC 12c for Cloud management and administration or a Cloud administrator tasked with Cloud management and monitoring using OEM CC 12c or an user of a self service provisioning systems offered by OEM CC 12c than ‘Managing IaaS and DBaaS Clouds with Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c‘ is an ideal starting point that will provide you with guidelines and step-by step examples how to deploy, manage and monitor IaaS and DBaas using OEM CC 12c.

Chapter 1 provides an overview of OEM CC 12c setup and highlights some important points that will help the reader move into the next chapters.
